In light of the new mandate for Dallas County to "Shelter-in-Place", and Governor Abbot's Executive Order, we will remain open to any patients needing emergent care. The following quote is directly from the TSBDE website addressing the Governor's order:
"Since the Governor is addressing a shortage of hospital capacity, it is imperative that dental clinicians care for emergency patients in a timely manner rather than referring them to emergency facilities."
Again, we want you to know that we remain as diligent as ever in protecting the health and safety of mutual patients, families, and our employees. We are limiting personal interaction as much as possible, and allowing only one patient in the office at a time. We have also enhanced screening protocol for all patients and staff in the office, and have removed unnecessary items from the waiting room.
Our practice strictly adheres to and exceeds the standards for infection control by wearing personal protective gear, using hospital-grade disinfectants, practicing the latest sterilization protocols, utilizing single-use disposable materials, and more. Every effort we have in place is to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We want you to know that we will continue monitoring this situation very closely, and we will keep you updated regularly.
